Esgair Llyn is a five star holiday cottage furnished to the highest standards of comfort, and thoughtfully designed to offer spacious living, in the peaceful and secluded surrounds of Tresaith. Based on the ground floor of a converted barn, the property radiates a feeling of modern living but without compromising the homeliness of a period property. Private off road parking for 2 cars is provided.
Esgair Llyn offers a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area which provides a convenient and sociable space to enjoy dining. The modern fitted kitchen has a separate hob and oven with integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, as well as washing machine facilities in the porch / utility area.
The open plan living arrangement consists of 2 double sofas (1 acts as a sofa bed) with luxurious soft furnishings to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The living room is equipped with a 40″ TV and DVD player, and is accompanied by a selection of DVDs, board games and books to suit all ages and preferences. The property is also equipped with WiFi broadband internet access.
2 bedroom accommodation
The spacious master bedroom offers a cosy but luxurious feel with the comfort of a king-size bed and a feature chair. The bedroom has ample wardrobe and cupboard space for a lengthy stay. A hairdryer can be found in the chest of drawers so guests needn’t pack their own.
The second bedroom features twin beds, with eye catching art work along with sizeable closet space.
The bathroom is spacious and modern with a large shower and separate bath to soak in after a long walk in the fresh Welsh country air! Luxury towels, as well as fragrant hand wash and cream are provided for guests. Beach towels can also be provided for those wishing to sample the local waters.
