5 mins drive from Esgair Llyn, heading northwards on the A487, you will come across the award winning shop Londis Stores on your right hand side in the village of Brynhofnant. The shop stocks everything that the discerning guest requires; whether that’s a frozen homemade lasagna & pies, shaving foam, take away sandwiches, wine or rental DVDS, the Londis will happily supply your every purchase.

Another highly recommended food haven, is the Llwynhelys Farmshop, also on the A487, and 4 mins drive from Esgair Llyn. This well established farmshop has been open for 30 years and has won a host of awards for the quality and diversity of its produce, including homegrown potatoes, salad, fruit & veg, as well as home made cakes, desserts, savoury pies, quiches and Artisan Welsh cheeses.
